My car was brought to you for a service, previously the car had always been serviced by another dealer. I have always driven an Audi or VW but never used your business before.

I am writing to acknowledge the excellent service that was given. The staff were polite and helpful, the car had been cleaned and I can honestly say it has never ran so well. On Sunday I had to go under the bonnet and found that you had even cleaned the engine.
